01.07.2008 LAUNCH OF NEGOTIATIONS
Jean-Louis BORLOO and Dominique BUSSEREAU have decided to launch negotiations with the group led by Vinci, as part of the procedure to designate a concessionnaire for the Charles-de-Gaulle Express project.

21.12.2007 END OF PUBLIC ENQUIRY
The public enquiry relating to the CDG Express project is over since december 21, 2007.

13.12.2007 PUBLIC MEETING
The State inform you that the Commission of Enquiry organise a public meeting about the CDG Express project on december 18, 2007 - 6 p.m. - Town Hall of the 18th district of Paris - Place Jules Joffrin - Metro : Jules Joffrin.

16.11.2007 PUBLIC ENQUIRY
Under the terms of a joint Order issued by the Prefects of the Ile-de-France region, Paris, Seine-Saint-Denis and Seine-et-Marne, the joint public enquiries relating to the CDG Express project will run from Monday 19th November 2007 to Friday 21st December 2007 inclusive in the 15 Town Halls of the towns affected by the scheme.

29.03.2007 Decree 2007-453 of 27th March 2007 defining the conditions under which the State can set up a direct express train link for persons travelling between the Paris - Charles-de-Gaulle Airport and Paris, places article 22-V of the Law of 5th January 2006 on transport security and development on the statute books. The so-called "CDG Express Decree" took effect on 29th March 2007.

14.03.2007 You can find summaries of the public meetings and the main points discussed during the Autumn 2006 CDG Express public information sessions, in the Public information section.

30.01.2007 Dominique Perben has drawn up the shortlist of applicants authorised to submit an initial tender as part of the CDG Express concession procedure. Five applicants have been authorised to submit an initial tender i.e. three groups led by French groups and two led by groups from other European countries.

20.12.2006 Decree no. 2006-1534 of 6th December 2006 in application of Articles 1, 1-1 and 1-2 of Law no. 97-135 of 13th February 1997 setting up the public entity, "Réseau ferré de France", with a view to the renewal of rail transport, the so-called "PPP/Railways" decree, took effect on 8th December 2006.

03.11.2006 On 6th November, Bertrand Landrieu, Prefect of the Ile-de-France Region and Prefect of Paris, launches the public information being supplied by central government on the subject of the CDG Express.

01.09.2006 Dominique Perben launched the CDG Express project at a press conference held at the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Tourism and the Sea on the 24th of July.
